The ideal candidate should be adept at compiling databases, creating pivot tables, and generating charts.Additionally, effective communication and planning skills are essential for this role, along with practical problem-solving abilities. The ability to adapt plans in response to evolving business requirements is also crucial.

Ensure the labour requirements are monitored and kept up to date to ensure cost-effective production.Monitor workflow bookings and ensure they are completed correctly.
Ensure materials are available to meet the demands of the production plan by working closely with procurement.
Support the production team to deliver the plan as required.
Support and report progress in business reviews, including planning meetings, project reviews, and daily shop floor meetings.
Instigate and implement continuous improvement activities, including effective use of QAD.All other duties as assigned.
