The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a thriving business within the manufacturing sector based in Oakham, on a 9 month fixed term contract.

Although this is initially an FTC, there is potential for an extension and/or a permanent opportunity further down the line.

This role gives you the opportunity to work either on a full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time (30 hours per week) basis.

You will be taking ownership of the whole purchase ledger function for the UK region and be responsible for:

Matching, posting and coding invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Processing staff expenses
Processing credit card expenses
Running weekly & monthly BACS payments
Assisting in the month end processes

This role will see you working in an office based environment around a small but friendly team, however there is potential for hybrid working after a successful three month period.
