We are currently partnered with a national charity to recruit a HR Administration Manager on a full time, permanent basis.


Salary is up to £32,000 and this is predominantly a remote position with occasional meetings in Cardiff a few times per month.

Description


As the HR Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR administration and systems team (which includes 2 HR Administrators) to provide a consistent, timely and effective service across the Charity.

You will provide advice and supportto the HR Administration and systems teams with the ongoing development and maintenance of the HR information system 'lTrent.

'


You will also be responsible for improving HR administration and systems processes and to support the wider HR Services team and wider charity by providing a consistent, timely and cost-effective service to our internal colleagues.


You will be responsible for the system administration of iTrent, the successful implementation of all mandatory system upgrades and via 'business objects' the development of the functionality of iTrent for the benefit of the charity.


Managing the daily activities of the HR Administration and Systems teams covering the administration associated with the lifecycle of the employee journey whilst ensuring the development of team members so that there is an exceptional standard of customerservice and quality provided by the team.


Be the 'system administrator for the HR side of iTrent and ensure the continuous development of 'Business Objects' knowledge in order to identify and deliver increased functionality of iTrent in HR processes, management information etc.


Develop excellent working relationships with the various internal and external stakeholders including working closely with the HR Advisors and Payroll Team and iTrent developers to ensure that high standards of service are provided by the HR Admin and systemsteam.


Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to inform the monthly payroll and manage the HR elements of Pay Reviews.

Maintain and improve high quality HR processes that provide employees with a positive experience through the employee journey.

Provide support to the Head of HR and HR Advisors on projects and periodic reporting and to support the wider HR and L&D team activities including supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and Learning and Development Manager in the administration of therecruitment and L&D processes to a high standard ensuring a positive experience for applicants, employees and managers throughout the process


Develop the use of ITrent to improve and develop the data ensuring we are compliant with Data Protection legislation including responsibility for personnel records.


Profile

  • Must have significant and recent knowledge of iTrent system administration and Business Objects reporting
  • Developing and analysing management information to assist the HR team identify areas in need of attention.
  • Previous experience in HR is essential

Job Offer
- £30,000 to £32,000
