- Translating complex data into actionable insights for business teams
- Managing security projects and hygiene sprints
- Identifying and managing information security risks, working with dedicated teams to resolve issues
- Guiding business teams through security assessment processes and providing risk guidance
- Upskilling business teams on security awareness and best practices
- Line management and coaching for team members
- Collaborating with the BISO Team Leader, UK CISO, and Deputy CISO on key projectsRequirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
- An inquisitive nature and intuition for asking the right questions
- Action-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a senior information security or cyber role, working with senior leadership
- Broad understanding of technology and enterprise security principles
- Experience implementing change in cybersecurity behavior
- Knowledge of risk assurance and technical security principles
- Data manipulation and visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI)
- An interest in Big 4 Consultancy's business model and operating environment
