Our client, a growing and innovative company committed to lowering carbon emissions, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity and reputation.

You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic B2B marketing plans in line with ambitious growth.

Through a multi-channel approach you will help promote products, engage target audiences and contribute to the growth and reputation of the company.

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office, located in Marlow, paying £40,000 per annum.
Continuous oversight of marketing mix and product roadmap with holistic understanding of how to influence and improve positioning
Support and execute content creation (written and design) across all channels (digital/brand/event) touchpoints
Work with the VP to continuously improve, monitor and enhance channel performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support product launches and overall business objectives.
Cultivate and maintain a strong brand presence in the market including website content management
Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Management of brand application internally and externally with partners – ensuring consistent application and design across all touchpoints and collateral
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, blogging and news, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Support product and project launches and marketing activities alongside identification and management of PR opportunities which require proficient levels of copywriting & proofreading
Create engaging and informative content
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing collateral
Support B2B engagement initiatives (such as webinars) with multi-channel content and graphics support
Support and execute marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility
Multi- channel marketing experience (ideally with B2B audience)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
Creative technical, graphic design and analytical skills
Effective planning and organisational skills

Adobe Creative Suite:
to a proficient level and at a minimum in the following programs: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (desirable)
Proven experience in marketing roles
In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management
Preferable – Bachelor's or Master's degree / or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
