NMC Registered Mental Health NurseKnowledge & Training
Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983/2007).
Working knowledge of implementing clinical policies and procedures
Have an excellent understanding of - and experience of working with patients who have suffered trauma - demonstrating trauma informed care.
Experience of working with patients in an inpatient mental health settingExperience of commencing and downgrading enhanced observations to high-risk patients.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic approach to the provision of high-quality care and safe care delivery

Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care
