    Join this prestigious team as an Assistant Store Manager and immerse yourself in the world of luxury womenswear.

    In this pivotal role, you'll directly contribute to the brand's legacy by enhancing our client's shopping experience, maintaining operational excellence, and embodying the sophistication our brand is renowned for.

    As part of your journey with us, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic sales team to not only meet but exceed sales targets.

    Your flair for leadership and passion for fashion will be instrumental in coaching our team towards achieving outstanding customer service standards.

    Responsibilities

    You will ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service and visual presentation in line with our brand's prestige.

    We expect you to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional salesmanship on the floor while motivating and training the team to achieve their personal and store sales targets.

    You shall collaborate with the Store Manager to develop innovative strategies for inventory management, ensuring a seamless flow of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.

    You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions that not only resolve issues but also enhance the customer shopping experience.

    We expect you to maintain an extensive knowledge of our product lines, including current and upcoming trends in luxury womenswear, to offer personalized styling advice to customers.

    You shall oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with all security, health, and safety regulations.

    You will organize and participate in events and promotions that align with our brand identity, aiming to increase foot traffic and strengthen community engagement.

    We expect you to monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends, providing insights that could influence our marketing strategies and product offerings.

    Requirements

    You must possess a strong passion for luxury womenswear and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the fashion industry trends, particularly those relevant to our brand.

    You should have proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

    We expect you to have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and maintain long-term relationships.

    You need to exhibit outstanding problem-solving abilities, allowing you to handle customer complaints gracefully and manage store operations smoothly.

    You are required to have a keen eye for visual merchandising, ensuring the store presentation aligns with our brand's luxurious aesthetic and standards.
