    We're recruiting an

    Assistant Facilities Manager

    ( permanent, full-time ) for our client EDF's showcase residential training and conference centre Cannington Court in Somerset.

    Hours of Work:
    nMonday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

    What's special about the role?nYour team - who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional, face to face facilities maintenance servicenVariety - you'll lead on front of house, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance engineeringnYour place of work - a unique and beautiful residential venue - incorporating a restored Grade I Listed former Priory, with contemporary finishes, energy-efficient principles and advanced technology throughout

    Role Details:
    nBeing the first point of contact for our customer (face to face)nPlanning and delivering contracted services for the sites including: Front of House Reception and Cleaning and Maintenance Engineering in accordance with service level agreementsnDaily co-ordination of the site facilities teams including team briefings, training etcnDelivering exceptional customer servicenEnsuring health and safety and statutory compliance for the sitesnIdentifying opportunities for cost control/ reduction and innovation

    Essential Requirements:
    nExperience of co-ordinating or supervising a team working in a customer facing environment - e.g. retail, logistics, facilitiesnUnderstanding of health and safety and statutory compliancenProblem solving skillsnOrganisednPositivenProactivenService lednCollaborative
