Our client raises funds for good causes.

Together with their partners and everyone who participates in the lottery, their staff members all work towards creating a better, greener and more socially inclusive world.

Your tasks:

Organising and managing diary appointments
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation as required
Booking and setting up meeting rooms, including refreshments as required
Taking minutes at meetings where required and following up on action points
Producing reports, documents, briefing papers, and presentations where required
Completing expenses
Preparing receipt reports for Finance for Head of Marketing credit card
All other administration as required

Your qualities:

You are enthusiastic and a quick learner
You are highly organised, with good time management
You are an excellent communicator both verbally and written
You will have the ability to coordinate and deliver multiple tasks
You are skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
You have strong attention to detail
You have the ability to effectively build relationships at all levels
