Together with their partners and everyone who participates in the lottery, their staff members all work towards creating a better, greener and more socially inclusive world.

Your tasks:

  • Organising and managing diary appointments
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation as required
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, including refreshments as required
  • Taking minutes at meetings where required and following up on action points
  • Producing reports, documents, briefing papers, and presentations where required
  • Completing expenses
  • Preparing receipt reports for Finance for Head of Marketing credit card
  • All other administration as required

Your qualities:

  • You are enthusiastic and a quick learner
  • You are highly organised, with good time management
  • You are an excellent communicator both verbally and written
  • You will have the ability to coordinate and deliver multiple tasks
  • You are skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You have the ability to effectively build relationships at all levels
