There is no experience necessary as they will provide you with full training They offer a basic annual salary of £23,391, plus generous quarterly bonuses throughout the yearWith an April start date, you'll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy.

Providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email.Thrive in a busy environment, managing high call volumes in a dynamic contact centre.

Previous customer service experience, this could be from retail or hospitality.
