    Description
    Business Services Supervisor

    To assist in the management and leadership of all the designated Hub team, ensuring the smooth running of the Hub operations.

    To provide support throughout Operations, but specifically within their designated team.
    Work alongside The Business Support Manager and Business Support officers to ensure officers are rostered promptly in accordance with company process
    Manage holiday requests from officers across the company in line with company policy and operational needs
    Manager and prepare stats of the hub operations (attendance/timekeeping/phone calls) for performance management
    Line management of controllers in the HUB
    Training and upskilling of controllers especially new team members
    Duty management responsibilities in the HUB
    Respond to operational officer portal queries not limited to payroll when tasked.
    Notify the relevant areas of the business of any concerns about officers received via portal/telephone.
    Regular Liaison with implementation to ensure smooth management of refit and ad hoc request
    Ensure hub daily task are prepared, distributed and adhered to
    To support the BSO to ensure operational coverage meets the agreed SLA and Budget.
    Liaise with BSM to deal with any concerns by identifying areas of failure and poor performance
    Computer literate in Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word
    Flexibility with working times and areas, dependant on business needs
    The successful applicant will also receive an enhanced holiday allowance. (24 days plus bank holidays), Death in Service insurance and an enhanced employer pension contribution. The candidate will be expected to work an average of 40 hours per week on varied shift pattern
    The Company is a flexible employer and in turn the same would be expected of you.

    You may be required to work additional hours including weekend working when required and as necessitated by the needs of the business and also where it is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of your role.
