- Establishing the claims process for all lines of business and generating claims procedures guides.
- Arranging and chairing claims review meetings with clients and insurers.
- Co-ordinating the delivery of claims analysis reports and providing insights into claims trends.
- Undertaking pre-renewal audits looking at the reserves and closure prospects.
- The onboarding of new clients (from a claims perspective)
- Generating expanded service revenue by introducing or delivering claims related projects, e.g. TPA tenders, claim preparation, claims advocacy.
- Participating in internal client specific Insurance Discovery Meetings
- Experience of dealing with insurance claims
- Knowledge of captives and insurance programmes
- Proven relationship management experience in dealing with both internal / external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
