    Summary:

    An exceptional opportunity awaits a highly skilled individual within our Regional Investigations Division, headquartered in the U.K. As a Senior OSINT Specialist, you will lead advanced open-source intelligence operations, demonstrating expertise in the intelligence cycle, investigative reporting, and a deep understanding of geopolitical landscapes, particularly in Russia and China.

    Your role will include setting up research environments, driving intelligence assessments, and fostering a collaborative team mentality. The successful candidate will be proactive, curious, and possess extensive experience in intelligence reporting and investigative work.

    Duties:

    In this influential position, you will work under the supervision of a Regional Investigations Lead, undertaking a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

    Contribute to ongoing, highly complex intelligence collection and dissemination activities.

    Intelligence Reporting and Documentation:

    Prepare comprehensive intelligence reports, leveraging your experience with intelligence reporting.

    Strategic Collection Oversight:

    Oversee developing, coordinating, and maintaining collection strategies, plans, and postures to fulfill client and business-driven needs.

    Mentoring and Training:

    Mentor and train Global Investigations analysts on the use of new collection tools, best practices, and techniques in open-source intelligence.

    Tailored Reporting for Clients:

    Collect, draft, review, and edit tailored reporting for Logically client deliverables.

    Assistance to Junior Analysts:

    Assist junior Global Investigations analysts in organizing materials, applying analytical techniques, and preparing final intelligence products.

    Workflow Management:

    Review client collection needs, direct resources accordingly, and assist the Regional Investigations Lead with workflow and production.

    Requirements Identification and Research:

    Identify and research requirements, directives, information databases, and ancillary sources to gather and disseminate information supporting ongoing or emerging client needs.

    Research Environment Setup:

    Exhibit proficiency in setting up research environments conducive to effective intelligence gathering.

    Absorb and understand key global issues across various subject matters.

    Drive the development and writing of predictive intelligence assessments to support comprehensive analysis.

    Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

    Specialized Experience:

    Minimum of 5-10 years of proven OSINT investigative work.

    Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience using various OSINT tools, developing boolean queries, and conducting keyword searches to enhance collection efforts.

    Leadership Experience: Past leadership roles as the primary investigator/analyst for client projects.

    Analytical Writing Skills: Proven experience in analytical writing with a track record of delivering high-quality intelligence reports.

    Geopolitical Expertise: A deep understanding of Russia and China, with hands-on experience in related intelligence activities.

    Methodological Expertise: Familiarity with OSINT methodologies and frameworks such as DISARM and MITRE-ATT&CK.

    Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle: Proficient comprehension and application of the intelligence cycle.

    Curiosity and Proactivity: Curious mindset, proactive approach, and a strong team mentality.
