- Create a positive andinclusive learning environment that supports student growth anddevelopment
- Assess students language skills andprovide constructive feedback to support theirprogress
- Collaborate with colleagues to developteaching strategies and resources
- Use a varietyof teaching methods to cater to different learningstyles
- Maintain accurate and uptodate studentrecords including attendance and assessmentdata
- Communicate effectively with studentsparents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learningenvironment
- Qualifiedteacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Degree inSpanish or a related field
- Proven experienceteaching Spanish to primary or secondarystudents
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanishlanguage and culture
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire andmotivate students
- Proficient in usingtechnology in the classroom
- Familiarity withthe curriculum and assessment frameworks for Spanish at theprimary/secondarylevel.
