Participation Co-ordinator. The role is Manchester based, with regular time required at the British Cycling offices in the National Cycling Centre.
You'll be a key part of an experienced and dynamic wider Participation team working together to deliver against key organisational priorities.
This role will be an apprentice position.About you
Key knowledge, skills and expertise required:
- Experience of providing a high standard of secretarial and administrative support.
- Experience of working within a busy, diverse, target driven working environment.
- Evidence of achievement within an internal service / support environment.
- IT Literate
- Capacity to learn new systems e.g., Smartsheet.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in social media is advantageous but not essential.
What will you be doing?
- Leading on the administration tasks involved in the planning and delivery of participation based programmes, projects and partnerships.
- Supporting the monitoring, tracking and administration of National and Local Partnerships ensuring a tracking system are in place and timelines for renewal, invoicing and effective reporting.
- Supporting the development of processes and tools to effectively monitor performance data, budgets and reports for internal and external reporting.
- Collating and proofing internal and external reports.
- Organising team meetings, training and events.
- Supporting travel arrangements for local, regional and national travel.
- Processing invoices and expenses for the Head of Participation.
- Ensuring British Cycling's equality policy and principles of inclusion is embedded into work strands and behaviours.
- Supporting the Director of the Sport and Participation Division when required.
