Social Media Manager - £35,000 - Hybrid

The Company

The Role


Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager to be their go-to for all things social media and oversee the end-to-end strategy for all social media platforms.

A huge focus for 2023 is to drive huge growth via TikTok, including influencer collaborationsand strategy.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing social media strategy
  • Own the TikTok strategy and work with the influencer marketing team to work behind TikTok collaborations
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager & Social Media Community Manager to define and manage the social media schedule.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics
  • Work with Paid Social Media Manager on paid social campaigns and budget management

Skills Required:


  • 5 years in a social media role
  • TikTok knowledge must have in a professional capacity
  • Strong eye for design and aesthetics
  • Marketing/ Social Media qualifications are beneficial to have
  • Experience within a beauty industry is beneficial, but not essential
