- Lead customer implementations, partnering with customer stakeholders to ensure effective onboarding and engagement, and helping customers realise value quickly
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing best practices that drive product adoption and serve as their champion with internal teams, driving retention and expansion in partnership with Sales
- Engage with day-1 customers from onboardingto project completion
- Get detailed picture of what they want, need and desire and must ensure they identify each clients unique priorities and needs
- Ensure requirements documentationincluding pre-requisites and project plan are clearly discussed with the customers
- Train and build customer systems
- Go live preparation and support
- Project handover to support and completion review
- Track and alert leadership to potential risks and delays
- Work closely with internal departments and partners to deliver world class customer experience, ensuring customers achieve fast and significant return on their investment
- Assist with testing of product suite and provide feedback to support enhancement
- Perform work outside of office hours as required from time to time
- Other duties as directed by the Onboarding and Professional Services Manager or Operations Director from time to time.
- Proven relevant customer success, account management or technical support experience in the technology industry, ideally in a Cloud-based software company
- Experience implementing software products or solutions to small and estate organisations
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision makingcapabilities
- Ability to build relationships across stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
- Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
- An understanding of Microsoft developed application solutions
- Experience of workingwithin the leisure industry would be a distinctadvantage
- A full UK driving license, as the role requires travel
