Are you passionate about children and young people? Do you have a real passion for supporting for cognitive behavioural therapy, do you want to make a difference to children young people' lives ?


We are looking to recruit an individual who will attend university to become a qualified Child psychological wellbeing practitioner and join a dynamic team of Child psychological wellbeing practitioners in Hull.


  • In this role the trainees will assess and deliver, under supervision outcome focused, evidencebased interventions to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • The Child Psychological wellbeing Practitioner when in training will be required to attend 2 days a week at the university to complete their specific agreed hours of both study and skills in practice for the role
  • The post holder will attend all university based taught and selfstudy days required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed national curriculum and work in the service for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.
