Hawk Personnel are actively looking for two New Homes Sales Consultants to be based on a new homes site based in East Kent.


Work Pattern:4/5 day working week to include weekends (one weekend off per month)


Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 (O.T.E.)


Duties will include:


  • Dealing with initial enquiries from customers
  • Accompanying viewings and open day events at the new homes site
  • Conducting handovers to customers on move in days

We need you to be/have:


  • Previous New Homes site sales experience is preferable but not essential
- a car driver with your own vehicle

  • Highly customer service focused with a desire to succeed
  • Hardworking with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
  • Professional, organised and the ability to multitask
  • A positive "can do" attitude with good work values and ethics

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sholden: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License and access to your own car (required)
