Our passion is to provide for students whilst making a difference. We also have a small boutique hotel onsite.
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to provide day to day support to our residents and guests at our Bath property for 20 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
If you have exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to service with the ability to multitask this is the opportunity for you.
The Customer Service Advisor will report to the Assistant Scheme Manager and will provide administrative support to them as well as other members of the management team as necessary.
They will also provide front of house support to residents, guests, contractors and visitors and be the initial point of contact for any queries.
Main duties will include:
- Distributing post and managing student parcel pick up system
- Front of house and reception duties
- Preparing written correspondence as requested by other members of management team
- Receiving payments / Arrears management
- Preparing arrival packs for new residents/guests
- Checking returned licence acceptances ensuring all relevant documents have been received
- Sales / Perform room viewings for potential new residents
Desirable Knowledge:
- The ability to communicate clearly
- IT & systems literate, use of IT systems to provide/monitor data within the property reporting systems
- Flexible willing to undertake a range of tasks and duties vital for the effective and successful running of the site.

Job Types:
