    This role will focus on:

    As a Manufacturing Engineer specialising inCleanroom Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the higheststandards of quality, efficiency, and process integrity within our Tubingmanufacturing plant. This role demands a meticulous approach to cleanroomprotocols, a commitment to quality control, and a proactive ownership of bothplant and processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsto optimise manufacturing workflows, implement quality assurance measures, anddrive continuous improvement initiatives

    • Ensure adherence to strict cleanliness and contamination control measures.
    • Implement and enforce cleanroom best practices across manufacturing processes.
    • Develop and maintain robust quality control procedures for manufacturing operations.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Collaborate with quality teams to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities.
    • Own and optimise manufacturing processes for efficiency and reliability.
    • Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity.
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to address and resolve manufacturing issues promptly.
    • Provide technical expertise to support the development of new products and processes.

    To be successful in this role, youwill need:

    • Engineering qualification such as Bachelor's degree in ProcessEngineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, time served Apprenticewith HNC in Process Engineering Manufacturing Engineering, IndustrialEngineering, or a related field and/or qualified by experience.
    • Experience of Plastic/Rubber extrusion processing within a Clean Room is desirable
    • Proven experience inmanufacturing operations, with a focus on cleanroom environments. (ISOStandards / MHRA Orange Guides / cGMP)
    • Strong understanding ofquality control principles and methodologies.
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturingconcepts.
