    Asset Manager Opportunity at Trevett Services

    Trevett Services is collaborating with a well-known Building Services and FM Organization seeking an Asset Manager to join their team at a client site near Salisbury.

    Main Responsibilities of the Asset Manager:

    • Maintain an updated Asset register for the site
    • Organize all maintenance and repair documentation systematically for future reference
    • Enter Asset data onto the internal system, including service dates and manufacturer details
    • Update information on Maximo and generate regular reports for the Operations Manager
    • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

    Requirements for the Asset Manager role:

    • Prior experience using Maximo is a must
    • Higher educational qualifications such as A levels or equivalent
    • Background in FM, Construction, or Project environments
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally

    A valid UK driver's license and eligibility to work in the UK are essential due to the site location.

    This is a full-time permanent position, consisting of 40 hours per week, offering a salary of up to £35,000 annually along with attractive company benefits beyond those mentioned.
