As educators we choose to facilitate learning rather than prescribe it; we want to make space for the children to co-create their learning with us in ways that will build on their natural curiosity about their world, develop their intellectual enquiry and critical thinking skills, learn to collaborate with one another and become intrinsically motivated to learn.

As a teacher you will bring a passion for your own learning, you will be able to form meaningful, positive and respectful relationships with the children.

You will have the skills, knowledge and experience to support and guide them in their learning and development, to be able to identify when they are making great progress and to help them in the areas that they might need support.

You will be excited to explore different approaches to teaching that do not rely on prescribed curriculum outcomes and formal testing.
