Hourly Rate:
£14 - £20 via umbrella

Hours:
full-time (37.5, Monday-Friday, 9-5)

Venn Group are currently working with a public sector organisation in the South West, who are seeking a
Desktop Support Engineer to provide ongoing temporary
IT support.

**Day to Day Duties: - Working across multiple sites providing a range of IT support to customers

Using knowledge of desktop packages and operating systems to perform fixes (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10)
Experience of providing support to users and maintaining an IT support service to users on multiple sites
Helping with computer installation and support
Providing support on Microsoft products (e.g. Active Directory, Operating Systems, Office Suites)
Comprehensive IT support skills, to include hardware and software installation, maintenance, testing and support, system administration, network management and monitoring in accordance with IT industry best practice

**Essential requirement: - Driver with access to own vehicle

Experience of desktop packages and operating systems (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10)
Experience of providing support to users and maintaining an IT support service to users on multiple sites
