Planning and Logistics Excellence Lead
The role will ideally be based out of London, but we are flexible to you being based out of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Amsterdam or Budapest.

Purpose of role:
The Planning and Logistics Excellence Lead will be responsible for the coordination of the Tier process across the business, whether it is run, improve, transformation.
This is a highly visible role, with someone ready to get into it as a stepping stone to bigger responsibilities.
The individual will be on a very steep learning curve, interacting with internal and external thought leaders and will have the chance to influence the functional agenda.
S/he will sit as part of the Planning and Logistics Leadership team.
This role will be focused on managing the BAU and Transform Agenda coordination in addition to ensuring updating and distribution of score cards with insights for Planning and Logistics, while simultaneously ensuring governance through the Tier Meeting Process.
The role needs to ensure a well coordinated and codified Tier 5 takes place on a monthly basis while ensuring the Transform Agenda is maintained and on track for delivery for all projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Compile Monthly and Weekly Tier Score Card.
- Drive and facilitate RUN and IMPROVE performance management processes.
- Run the Governance for the Tansform programme end to end including status reporting.
- Coordinate weekly and month Tier 4 and 5 deck contributions from key stakeholders.
- Tracking of Improve Initiatives and Action Plans
- Ensure continuous maturity improvement of BAU and Transform process in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure successful codification of processes including regular audit of codification progress.
- Digitize wherever possible
- Drive the L&D agenda by pulling the resources in and communicating well.
What we're looking for:
- A good degree of experience in supply chain management, preferably in planning. We are open on your industry, but we are looking for clear synergies between our business, product focus or supply chain.
- Strong Influencer and programme management skills.
- Resilient and able to work in an agile, fastmoving environment and to keep up with pace of change and prioritize according to business needs
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skillset and the ability to flex style to influence at any level.
- Supply chain, planning, logistics and project management experience.
- Reporting and Analytical thinking that translates Score cards into actionable outcomes.
- The right level of discipline and rigour.
- Passion for digitization. Use of Power BI (or the willingness to learn and champion) would be highly preferred.
- Very structured, at the same time can deal with change.
