About Us:


Adecco are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our clients team as a Warehouse Operative / Driver Replenisher based out of Chapelhall, Scotland.

In this role, you will be integral in managing the replenishment of our vend solutions at customer sites, conducting daily deliveries, and assisting in warehouse operations during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Branch to efficiently pick and deliver stock to customer sites.
  • Replenish vend machines according to the designated schedule, ensuring the required number of replenishment's per week.
  • Assist in warehouse operations, including but not limited to, stock reconfiguration, Min/Max improvements, and product supersedes.
  • Conduct regular stock reviews, perform machine software checks/updates following the vend process.
  • Perform basic breakfix maintenance on vend machines as required.
  • Ensure accurate signing of all Proof of Delivery documents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse areas.
  • Check and clear quarantine areas as per standard procedures.
  • Receive incoming orders into the warehouse system and pick required parts efficiently.
  • Complete daily Perpetual Inventory checks to maintain accuracy.

Skills/Experience Required:


  • Full driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage your own schedule.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Excel is essential
