- Craft and implement procurement strategies to align with company objectives.
- Serve as a Procurement Partner, utilizing market expertise and business acumen to guide operations.
- Develop and execute local supplier relationship management plans to enhance key supplier performance, in tandem with stakeholders.
- Lead sourcing initiatives, employing methodologies to enhance total cost, service, and quality for indirect materials.
- Ensure compliance with global and local procurement standards.
- Oversee procurement processes and tools, fostering improvement and user engagement in local Procure to Pay procedures (e.g., myBuy, Fieldglass, or future systems).
- Prioritize efforts based on business needs and stakeholder input, maximizing the procurement impact in support of business priorities.
- You are very well structured and have a high sense of detail.
- Your analytical mind enables you to conceptualise and propose solutions based on the outcome of analyses.
- You are result and solution oriented, you focus on highest quality standards.
- You have 3 plus years of experience in similar roles in procurement.
- You appreciate working in a performance-oriented environment that is based on mutual respect, discussion and cooperation.
- You enjoy taking initiatives and you go beyond what is expected.
- You have commercial negotiation skills with experience in contract negotiation.
- CIPs qualified preferred
- Experience in Marketing and Medical procurement preferred
