Southampton- Job Description:

  • Working at the company factory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and on-sites, you will be responsible for support to specialist teams.
  • We are looking to employ a range of new team members and if you have expertise as a labourer and are interested in working for a dynamic company in an energetic environment, please send in your CV for review.
  • Responsibilities:
  • General labouring
Handling and transporting materials
Assisting other trades in the factory
Cleaning up worksites from debris and machinery
Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Must be prepared to work outside in all weather.
You will need the ability to prioritise duties and communicate effectively with your fellow members of staff.

  • Skills:
  • Any previous labouring experience in the construction industry, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
In good health to meet the physical demands of the role.
Desire to learn new skills. Many of our labourers have successfully become tradesmen - carpenters, decorators, tackers, even electricians and plumbers.
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
A full driving licence would be beneficial.

  • Job details: The hours will be 7 am pm Mon Fri
