What you willdo

• Makeregular visits to client schools to provide effective onsiteresponses to a range of IT networking and enduser supportrequests
• Use robust and developing knowledge tosupport across IT services and technologies including MicrosoftGoogle and Apple platforms
• Process and escalateincoming requests for support both onsite and remotely via thehelpdesk
• Participate in project work at clientsites with the potential for developing the direction and scope ofthese projects in the future
• Work closely withour expert Account Managers to provide holistic technical supportand consultancy for valued clients inschools.

What you willneed

• Competent inworking with clients customers and colleagues of all levels ofseniority.
• Practical working knowledge offirewalls and HP Aruba switches in the Education or Public sectorsideally
• Windows AD Microsoft Office 365 andAzure AD
• MS InTune devicemanagement
• Welldeveloped networktroubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of LAN &WAN technologies
• Some VMWare and MicrosoftHyperV experience (desirable)
• Some experiencein recent Microsoft Serverbuilds
• Experiencewith Google Workspace For Education(desirable)
• Relevant certification inNetworking (e.g. CCNA) and/or Microsoft
