Overview:


This is an exciting opportunity within the Technology Directorate at Change Grow Live, working as a Team Leader within the Digital Innovation Team.

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to work as a Team leader to support the Head of Digital Innovation in managing several workstreams supporting the organisational Digital Strategy for 2023/24.


This an exciting and rewarding role - managing several project managers aswell as your own projects, this will involve listening to a wide range of stakeholders across a large national organisation that has interesting and challenging issues to overcome to support our staff and service users.


The post holder(s) will work in conjunction with the Head of Digital Innovation, leading other members of IT and front-line teams with the management of projects, gathering of information, process mapping, procurement activities and support, undertaking enquires as and when is necessary and providing advice to end users.


The role requires high-level organisation, excellent IT skills, strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise and work independently, as well as contributing effectively to a geographically disparate team.
