    My Client is a firm that focuses on providing their clients (mainly corporate) with a range of financial solutions that are practical, versatile, and accessible.

    The team combines experience in banking, payment infrastructure development, compliance and fintech in order to offer clients a complete and hassle-free digital payments experience.


    The Payment Specialist is a new role within the organisation that will oversee the day-to-day processing of payment transactions, and the monitoring of payment systems.

    The role involves collaboration with product development teams to introduce new payment services and enhance existing ones, as well as implement and monitor fraud prevention measures.

    This involves working closely with the IT and technology teams to integrate and optimize payment systems.

    The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with banks, payment networks and other financial institutions to facilitate smooth payment operations and resolve issues related to payment processing.


    Due diligence is a key element of the role, verifying the identity of customers and assessing the risks associates with their transactions.

    The successful candidate will provide training to staff on payment processes and compliance requirements.

    Therefore, the role requires the individual to remain up to date with FCA regulations and ensure that payment services comply with these regulations.

    The company are searching for an individual with 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Payment Specialist. The individual should have experience in, and be comfortable with working in high risk sectors.
