Responsibilities:


  • Provide training to a wide range of customers on Joblogic's software catalogue
  • Carry out pre training consultancy session's to fully understand a customer's business processes.
  • Liaise with our Onboarding Team and keep them informed of any actions/issues from consultancy and training.
  • Keep up to date with the latest release sprints and ensure training is modified accordingly.
  • Responsible for self learning
  • Maintain a high level of standards when training both virtually and face to face and follow internal processes to ensure KPI's are met.
  • Engage in Internal Training of other departments to further their Joblogic & Industry knowledge.
  • Assist in the training on new starters to the company.
  • Become a "go to" point for other departments that need feature instructions on the Whys & Hows.
  • Build relationships & confidence in the product, with customers, ensuring they trust the Joblogic software brand and quality to deliver.

Requirements:


  • Solid previous experience in providing training to clients/users on software systems
  • Experience in mapping company processes to recommend a training programme for users.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to clients, users and stakeholders about software
  • Ability to confidently present and provide training and consultancy sessions to customers, promoting the features and benefits of the software via all methods.
  • Some commercial awareness and/or exposure to some of the following industries
  • HVAC and FM would be beneficial.
  • A willingness to travel around the UK & Europe to visit clients' sites.
  • Excellent presentation & writing skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • A full UK Driving license
The role will be full time and involve travel to all parts of the UK and Ireland


Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
