We're growing and 2023 looks like another bumper year.

We're looking for
12 new colleagues to join us, starting on
Monday 10th July 2023.
Working in our Policy Analysis team as a Policy Review Specialist, you'll be based in our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.**So, what does the Policy Analysis team do we hear you asking? They're responsible for checking policy information to make sure customers have the right cover at the right price.

As a Policy Review Specialist you'll be busy.

On the phones and through admin you'll help customers through a journey to confirm all their details are right and there are no gaps.

Whether you're new to the insurance world or are already experienced, you'll learn everything you ever wanted to know about insurance in our comprehensive
4-
week training induction


It's a jam-packed package:
two weeks' classroom training and two weeks in the team, shadowing colleagues and supporting them. And, this could just be the beginning of your exciting First Central career.

We'll give you a roadmap so you can see where you could go after starting in our Policy Review department.

Policy Review Specialist does**:
  • You'll cast your eagle eye over insurance policies to check customer details are correct
  • You'll update and revise customers' policy details, making any adjustments needed
  • We're all about the customer; you'll give great customer outcomes and get things right first time. It's in your DNA

  • We'd love you to have worked in a customer services role before or in a similar environment but it's not essential
  • People are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be a people person
