This is a great opportunity to join the Directorate Management Team (DMT) of the Older People's and Adult Community Directorate (OPAC) as the Head of AHPs and Quality.

The post holder will work closely with the AHP professions across the Directorate and Heads of Nursing to ensure that professional therapy standards are maintained, and the delivery of therapy care is recovery focused, patient centred and to the highest quality, and be actively involved in the patient safety and quality agenda.

As the Head of AHPs and Quality, you will carry responsibility to act as a strong role model for all colleagues by demonstrating credibility and visibility, strong commitment to identifying development opportunities, celebrating success, and encouraging creativity, innovation, and excellence in practice.
