    Supply Cover Supervisor

    Location: Grimsby

    Salary: £ £95.00 Per day

    Start date: Asap

    Are you an experienced professional with a passion for Education and supporting students?

    GSL Education are looking to recruit a dedicated Supply Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Lincolnshire on a flexible basis. If you think this job is for you then please get in touch

    We require you to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a school setting or working with Primary School aged children, as well as having a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.

    Role responsibilities:

    As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will be covering short-term absences of regular classroom teachers, and will have the opportunity to work on a supply basis. This role offers flexibility in choosing your assignments, allowing you to decide the days which are best suited to you and your availability. You will be supporting students education progress, while maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring the smooth running of the classroom.

    You will be delivering pre-planned lessons across various subject areas and year groups, following the UK curriculum, as well as providing support and assistance to students during their classwork, ensuring engagement and understanding. You will also promote a safe and nurturing environment for students, prioritising their well-being.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school environment is essential.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum.
    • Flexibility and the ability to pick and choose the days you can work.
    • A passion for education and a desire to support Primary School students progress.
    • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
