I am working with a leading manufacturer in Denton Burn who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00pm reporting directly to the Financial Controller.


Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Processing and auditing Sales invoicing
  • Customer Account reconciliations
  • Posting Customer Remittances
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General Accounts Administration
  • Processing new hire contract documentation
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • General ad hoc duties

To be considered for the role you must;

  • Have experience within a similar role is essential
  • Have a professional adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ideally have experience of Sage
