Assessor/Trainer

Part time role - 2 days per week covering Chipping Norton

Mileage paid

12-month contract on the company's payroll

Salary negotiable (normally pay £30K to £32K for full time staff, can go up on this though for the right person) then pro-rata

Holidays and other benefits

2 full days per week - flexible on the days covered Monday to Friday

**Job role:
- **We are seeking an Assessor/Trainer to manage a caseload of learners - 10 learners

Assessing in lean manufacturing/PMO on a remote basis and group learning or classroom-based sessions in the workplace

Carry out induction reviews

Set, mark, and assess students work, ensuring learner outcomes have been met

Tracking learner progression

Take part in internal IQA processes

Work with appropriate colleagues to implement standards, EPA, and other new programmes

Work closely with the MD to ensure fully quality assurance and compliance with Ofsted, awarding body and ESFA for work-based programmes

Functional Skills experience would be ideal, but not essential

Helping the team when required to assist with the recruitment and progression of learners and could involve open days and visit days

**Experience required:
- **Must be Assessor qualified

Assessing experience in lean manufacturing

Competent with Microsoft packages

£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
