    Description

    Role: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant etc.

    Market: Software & AI - EU or UAE market

    Location: onsite in Dubai

    MUST HAVES: Track record of 360 Recruitment, with strengths in Business Development, ideally within any Software market.

    NOT NECESSARY: Experience in the GCC / UAE market

    UMATR is a technology recruitment agency, founded in the UK in 2021, and opened doors to our Dubai HQ in 2023. We specialise solely in Software and AI, and have a very simple goal to be the No.1 Software & AI recruitment agency across the globe.

    With an already strong team in Dubai, you would be joining at an extremely significant stage of upcoming growth. We are looking for a select few individuals to join us at this exciting stage to cement our foundations and play a key role in our mission. You would have the opportunity to drive forward our presence here in the UAE, or expand our efforts in territories across the EU.

    What You'll Do:

    • Support our current clients across the UAE and Europe
    • Win new clients across the GCC region or EU (market depending)
    • Focus on roles within the Software and AI space
    • Meet clients both locally, and travel internationally
    • Build communities through meetups, events, and roundtables
    • Deliver exceptional results to our clients and candidates

    Insight to our commission:

    • 20% and 30% brackets included within your target
    • 40% bracket for doing 150% of your target
    • 50% bracket for doing 200% of your target
