    Description
    Project Architect Job in Central London

    An expanding practice in Central London now has a Project Architect job available With several long-term conservation projects underway, they are looking to add Project Architects to the team.

    Not only does the practice have an incredible work-life balance, but it also offers clear career progression, development, and employee appreciation.
    • With their projects being featured in several industry and lifestyle publications regularly, the practice's portfolio of projects ranges from beautiful historical buildings and private homes to commercial properties and interiors in the UK and internationally.

    Due to office expansion and a growing portfolio in the high-end London market, they now require Project Architects or Part II Architectural Assistants with strong experience from stage 4 through to completion to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

    To work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK
    ~-Projects are varied and these will include historical buildings, London estates, large country estates, grade-listed buildings, and more
    ~ Speaking with and dealing with clients, including site visits and surveys
    ~ Carry out project research
    ~ Lead and manage small project teams on various conservation projects
    ~ Report to the Associate Directors on project progress
    ~ Produce high-quality design and technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style.

    Experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high end or classical projects
    Must have relevant UK project experience
    Contract administration and technical knowledge
    Passion for classical and traditional architecture
    Experience using ArchiCAD would be beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided.

    21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas
    ~ No staff are expected to work overtime, but if offered they will pay this at an increased rate
