Senior Finance Manager

Are you a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant?

Experience of working in a fast-paced FMCG finance team?

Possess strong FP&A and end-to-end financial controlling?

MacGregor Blackis currently partnering with a
consumer goods ,on the search for
senior Finance Manager.This is a permanent role based in
Uxbridge.
As the
Senior Finance Manager, you willmanage the finance function and the day to day finance processes and tasks.

You will also support the business as required with analysis of sales trends and customer profitability working closely withthe business to ensure clear understanding of performance.

In addition, you will develop and own the forecast process and improve accuracy and understanding of performance and manage the customer services team and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate management information including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Budgeting/forecasting
Develop reporting capability improving the quality and use of management information, aiding decision making and understanding.
Work closely with business to ensure accruals are accurate and complete and spends are challenged where appropriate.
Liaise with external auditors to produce accounts
Implementation and management of internal controls and ensuring compliance where necessary
Responsible for the control and administration of the Company Purchase Ledger, Staff Expenses and Petty cash.
Managing adhoc reporting
Ensuring all processes are documented regularly
Ensure that all computerised systems are utilised effectively to assist in processing enquiries.
Manage and develop Finance and Customer services team
Carry out all administrative tasks relating to the role of Senior Finance Manager.
Work always to strict deadlines. Undertake any such additional duties that are reasonably commensurate with the level of this post.

What are we looking for?

5 years + of relevant experience in a financial role, end to end finance controlling, FP&A and data manipulation
Proficient systems knowledge of Power BI and excel would be advantageous
Selfstarter, proactive and like to get things done
FMCG background with multiple SKU's
