    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management of manufacturing machinery components and materials.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement leadership within the manufacturing sector, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in procuring machinery components and materials.

    Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise cost, quality, and delivery of manufacturing machinery components and materials.
    Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management processes to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to align procurement activities with business objectives.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and mitigate associated risks.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Proven experience in a procurement leadership role within the manufacturing machinery industry.

    Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with a strong analytical mindset.
