Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of MultiplatformDesign and Creative is responsible for leadingthe digital design team and setting the creative strategy and vision for theOKA brand across all platforms with a strong emphasis on social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This leadership role is pivotal intranscending traditional print formats, necessitating a multiplatform approachintricately aligned with our commercial objectives through the use of digital,social and video content
- Leadingcreative multiplatform design teams, budgets, agencies and freelancers.
- Responsible for managing a team of designers, producinghigh volumes of content
- Responsiblefor improving all production processes and tool developments
- Identify ways to scale and optimise assets using tools, templates andprocesses.
- Ability to deliver creative ideas with conviction to a range ofstakeholders and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously andremain calm under pressure.
- Exceptionalexperience in brand building and driving brand elevation across web, social andvideo platforms.
- Responsible for leadingcreative design team, photography and freelancers.
- Expertknowledge of content platform current best practices, technologies and creativeindustry standards.
- Experienceleading photo and video production.
- A background in social mediais critical and a strong understanding of digital storytelling is essential forlarge premium brands.
- You will have worked acrossmultiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
ABOUT YOU
- Extensiveexperience in graphic design and multiplatform content development
- A creative,problemsolving spirit
- Provenexperience designing fullfunnel campaigns and communications
- Minimum 5+years as a Head of/Creative Director/Associate Director level
- A gotoguruin creative software, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe and PremierPro.
- Knowledge ofnew media and technology, A.I. and web3 is a plus
- A seasoned proin art direction for both still and moving image
- Passion for the OKAbrand
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills, ability to multitaskeffectively.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- A brand guardian who always puts the customer first
- A passion ofinterior design and luxury retail brands
- You must beresourceful, creative and collaborative with excellent communications skills.
- You willmotivate, mentor and encourage designers, content creators and wider creativeteams
