I am currently supporting a global technical logistics organisation on their search for a Head of EWM (SAP) to join their team in Hirschau on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the ongoing SAP EWM operation
* Collaboration in 2nd and 3rd level support and contact person for key users in the business
* Design and development of future EWM application services in coordination with our business partners
* Collaboration & (partial) project management in innovative SAP EWM projects incl. requirements analysis, conceptual design, implementation, testing and go-live
* Advising and supporting our business partners on process support, optimisation, development and design of logistics business processes in the SAP EWM application landscape
* Support in the creation of programme, system and user documentation Coordination of external IT service providers
* Management and further development of a team of SAP EWM in-house consultants
Experience required:
Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training
* Several years of professional experience in the implementation of business processes in the area of logistics in SAP
* First line management experience desirable
* Extensive knowledge of the SAP EWM module
* Knowledge of SAP TM desirable
* In-depth understanding of logistics processes
* Very good experience in the area of process analysis, optimisation and design
* Initiative and a strong communicative consultant mentality
* German and English language skills with consulting experience
