    Description


    We are looking for a Construction and Building Service Engineer to join a prominent technology and consulting company in Hampshire.


    Role Responsibilities:

    • Participate in client meetings.
    • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
    • Plan and schedule site works management.
    • Manage and coordinate all subcontractors.
    • Supervise construction and installation works on site.
    • Execute or oversee commissioning of infrastructures and ancillary systems.
    • Produce and understand operational and test procedures.
    • Solve problems related to construction or machinery.
    • Inspect systems and equipment for safety, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
    • Ensure projects comply with environmental regulations.


    Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Personal Qualities:

    • Experience in construction and infrastructures commissioning.
    • Skilled in inspection and acceptance of subcontractors' work.
    • Proficient in validation activities with end users.
    • Customer interaction experience.
    • Execution experience in Communication projects.
    • Well-versed in foundations and HVAC requirements calculations.
    • Experience with metallic structures or communication towers.
    • Strong communication skills.


    This position involves working on Air Traffic Management and Radar sites, and while experience in this field is not mandatory, experience in a related environment would be beneficial. Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance due to business requirements.
