Paysafe is currently seeking a Business Testing Associate.
This hands-on business tester role which will be responsible for the design, execution of the end to end business and user testing as we roll out new technology across the Paysafe group platform.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business requirements to design, execute tests and report progress to ensure issue free delivery into production.
- Understand the SDLC across projects and plan and execute UAT as per planned timelines.
- Identify potential risks/issues in time and report to senior management
- Maintains high degree of creditability, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust across the team and business
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Software Test Lifecycle and Testing fundamentals
- Exposure to automation testing
- A prior experience in Payments, Fintech companies would be preferred
- Strong communication (written/verbal) and stakeholder management skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, influence and work effectively with a broad cross section of functional areas
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to take complete ownership of his deliverables.
- Able to operate successfully in a constantly changing, fastpaced environment
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and an ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner
