My clients are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal OneStream Consultant to join their talented team.
As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic OneStream solutions for our clients, leveraging your deep expertise and industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
nLead and oversee complex OneStream implementation projects, providing strategic direction and technical leadership.nPartner with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and develop innovative solutions to address their needs.nDesign and architect comprehensive OneStream solutions that align with industry best practices and meet clients' requirements.nServe as a subject matter expert on all aspects of OneStream, including financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and analysis.nMentor and coach junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop in their roles.nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldn4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting OneStream solutions, with a proven track record of success.nExtensive knowledge of financial processes and systems, with expertise in financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and team members.nOneStream certification(s) required; additional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
