    Description

    Job Description: My clients are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal OneStream Consultant to join their talented team. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic OneStream solutions for our clients, leveraging your deep expertise and industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee complex OneStream implementation projects, providing strategic direction and technical leadership.
    • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and develop innovative solutions to address their needs.
    • Design and architect comprehensive OneStream solutions that align with industry best practices and meet clients' requirements.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of OneStream, including financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and analysis.
    • Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop in their roles.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting OneStream solutions, with a proven track record of success.
    • Extensive knowledge of financial processes and systems, with expertise in financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and team members.
    • OneStream certification(s) required; additional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
