    Description

    Job Description:
    My clients are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal OneStream Consultant to join their talented team.

    As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic OneStream solutions for our clients, leveraging your deep expertise and industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and oversee complex OneStream implementation projects, providing strategic direction and technical leadership.
    Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and develop innovative solutions to address their needs.
    Design and architect comprehensive OneStream solutions that align with industry best practices and meet clients' requirements.
    Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of OneStream, including financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and analysis.
    Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop in their roles.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting OneStream solutions, with a proven track record of success.

    Extensive knowledge of financial processes and systems, with expertise in financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and team members.
    OneStream certification(s) required; additional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
