- Overseeing internal HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and compiling data analysis reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Developing and maintaining systems to process payroll transactions.
- Coordinating timekeeping systems and overseeing payroll changes and system upgrades.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, internal policies, and tax obligations.
- Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement.
- Coordinating with the rewards team onemployee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensuring deductions and contributions are accurately reflected.
- Revising practices to align with company policies and procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fieldrequired from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in payroll processing.
- A can-do attitude with customer orientation and strong dependability.
- Acute attention to detail with excellent problem resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands.
- The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
