JOB - Senior Recruitment Consultant - Head of Interim Recruitment - Accountancy

You will head up a small team focusing on senior interim appointments
Focus on billing initially as you grow the team
Recruit and grow the team to scale the division
Focus on Thames Valley plus UKwide business
Drive margin growth concentrating on outcomes rather than just inputs
Coach and develop your team to ensure individual success and tap their potential

CANDIDATE - Senior Recruitment Consultant - Head of Interim Recruitment - Accountancy

Able to demonstrate a solid career in Interim recruitment
Ideally Accountancy and Finance focused but other sector experience considered
Strong team management skills with a collaborative and supportive approach
A true selfstarter with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
